The Legacy of Jennuine Raydiance

Founded on Authenticity. Fueled by Service.

Jennuine Raydiance was not born in a boardroom; it was forged in the kitchens, living rooms, and front porches of a Richmond family that understood the true meaning of "showing up."

The company is a living tribute to two women who defined the standard of care that I bring to every project today: my Aunt Irma and my cousin, Virginia (Jenn).

The "Helping Hands" of Aunt Irma

Aunt Irma was the community’s safety net. She was a "pistol"—straightforward, sharp-witted, and incredibly capable. Her home was a sanctuary where there was always a plate of food, a bed for the weary, and a firm hand to help you get back on your feet. She didn't just offer "charity"; she offered a solid foundation. She was the person who ensured the "house" stood firm so others could thrive.

When I act as the "Extra Hands" for a mission-driven leader, I am channeling Aunt Irma. I am there to stabilize the chaos, organize the "brain dump," and ensure that the mission has the structural support it needs to thrive.

The "Genuine Light" of Virginia (Jenn)

My cousin Virginia (Jenn) was the heartbeat of the room. She was "Jennuine" in every sense of the word—protective, fiercely loyal, and radically authentic. She had a way of seeing the light in people that they often couldn't see in themselves.

When I talk about "Awestruck Resonance" or finding the "Heart" of a story, I am channeling Jenn. My goal is to protect the legacy of my clients with the same fierce loyalty she showed her family, ensuring their true light reaches the people who need it most.

The Amber Coles Standard

As a Richmond native, I grew up watching these women turn hospitality into a life-saving resource. Today, I combine that family legacy with 15 years of newsroom discipline and high-level technical strategy.

I am straightforward because Irma didn't have time for fluff when there was work to be done. I am vigilant about authenticity because Jenn taught me that the truth is the only thing that resonates.

Jennuine Raydiance is my way of keeping their light alive—by illuminating your mission.

Personal & Professional Drive

My professional work is fueled by a true passion for finding the heart of a story. I spend my free time writing screenplays, blogging, and hanging around 10 to 15 feet in the air in a hoop during my Lyra classes. As one of my favorite professors from VCU once said, "If you know a little bit about a lot of things, it will make you a better journalist." This notion drives my curiosity every day, ensuring I approach your organization's mission from every angle to find the most compelling narrative.
